We do not own, operate, or control any rescue organization or dog, and we are not a rescue ourselves.

• Application information: home address, residence type, household composition, pet history, fostering experience, employment information, and personal references

• With rescue organizations: When you are matched with a rescue, we share your application information with that rescue so they can contact you and complete the fostering process.
• Service providers: We use third-party services to operate our platform, including Supabase (database and authentication) and Resend (email delivery). These providers access your information only to perform services on our behalf.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FosterFund, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: If FosterFund is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.
